Cariboo Clean Fuels' H2 Fuel Forward (H2FF) initiative will deliver the energy infrastructure that will power Canada's future without compromising affordability, reliability, or economic growth.
Companies are not investing in hydrogen production and refueling stations, nor are trucking companies converting to Dual Fuel (diesel & hydrogen), or purchasing pure hydrogen trucks.
To break the chicken and egg scenario of domestic hydrogen production and adoption, a demand-side, fuel reimbursement program such as H2 Fuel Forward (H2FF), as proposed by Cariboo Clean Fuels, is needed.
With the mere announcement of a Cariboo H2FF program (with no Government funding until 2028), Cariboo will begin building hydrogen production and refueling infrastructure (5 across Alberta) immediately with investments and jobs starting right now in 2025, into and past the next election.
